I used extra space on hull street for eight months and have never had an issue. The hours were convenient, staff were helpful and polite, and the facility was clean. Would recommend extra space to family and friends.

Words can't express how professional the office management team is at this location. Latoya McCain and Steve helped me out when I was dealing with a financial situation with my late bill and helped me with a creative payment arrangement. Steven at the Life Storage facility has been great. The move in was seamless and simple. And his communication with me regarding my account has been nothing short of inspiring. If your company was staffed by all Steven’s you’d be the best company in the world; NO CAP!!!

Really excellent customer service from LaToya. She went above and beyond to help me get a better rate. I also appreciate that she took the time to follow up. Initially, I had come to the location to speak in person with someone about my rate. She took the time to go over my paperwork and to also let me know how Extra Space communicates rate changes. She then called me about a week later to follow up and provide me a new/better rate.

This was the easiest rental space experience I have ever had. Steven on the phone made the process so smooth and recommended all the ways to make the most of renting my unit. He even made sure I knew what to do before and after hours if I have any issues. Would recommend using their services for all storing needs!
