So, I'm out looking for a Storage unit and have had great and wonderful help from Extra Space Storage. I mistakenly went to the wrong address, but the Manager at this unit politely directed me to the correct address. My second storage place, the Manager only had one 10 x 15 unit in an area that I couldn't back trailer into. However; again he politely gave me directions to another unit, and they had exactly what I was looking for. Again, politeness, went out of his way to give me a tour and I signed the paper work. A great day for me at 3 different Extra Space Storage....thank you so very much. William Boyd.

The store Manager Steven at the Bailey Bridge & Hull St location is awesome.So everyone knows how moving is already hectic enough. I have dealt with him on several occasions when renting from them and He is the complete opposite of that !!! He’s very friendly,Knowledgeable and straight to the point. He always make’s my experience wonderful and nothing but the best. If you want a process that’s a breeze to deal with Steven is definitely your guy !!!
