Our cost increased after two months. It appears to be a scam to draw people in to rent the unit. They should at least lock in for a year. I wouldn’t recommend. The positive is that the workers at the location on Kiln Creek Blvd in Newport News are awesome. Friendly, polite and professional. The company increases prices is very unprofessional business practices. Don’t use

Hahaha, they are way too exaggerated. After 6 months, they sent us a letter saying that the following month they were going to charge us $207 more. I don't recommend them because every six months they want to charge you an exorbitant amount. We will look for another place where they aren't so excessive.
