November 2024 I moved to an apartment and moved out of the storage unit. I notified them 15 days prior. I moved out and cleaned the unit. Russell T. processed my move today, he was friendly and professional. Process to move out was quick and easy. I recommend this location if you live near by. May 2023 Showed up, told them I needed a larger outside access storage unit. The staff was friendly and professional. She gave me a tour of the facility. We did the paperwork, it was easy and quick. Great location, near Ward's Corners and Interstate 64. Prices are very reasonable and fair, I also got the insurance they have.

Awesome service, hands down! I have to make an extra shout out to Mr.Rea (the district manager), he listened to and addressed my concerns with care and courtesy on the matter of increasing storage prices. Drilled open my lock with speed and efficiency (I forgot the key in another country, it’s a free service, you just have to purchase the replacement). I’ve been a customer for 4 years, and I’m glad to continue storing my excess belongings with Extra Space!
