Would Not Recommend I’m very disappointed with my experience at this storage facility. My storage rate was increased by more than 50%, and this happened around the same time the elevator was out of service, leaving me unable to conveniently access my 3rd-floor storage unit by elevator for more than five weeks—nearly two months. What makes this even more frustrating is that while the facility is quick to charge a late fee when a payment is not made on time, there was no adjustment or consideration given to customers who were significantly impacted by the elevator being unavailable. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but when customers are paying substantially higher rates, they should also receive reasonable consideration when a major facility amenity is unavailable for an extended period. The attitude is nonchalant from management as well. Based on my experience I would not recommend this facility.
