I love this place! They have been so understanding and accommodating I've had my unit since the pandemic and life has not been easy, but they have always worked with me. The customer service and response time is always top notch. I recommend extra space to everyone!

Upon move in the staff from the Hull street location was pleasant, courteous and very helpful. The unit was very clean. Upon moving out of the unit, I called the Midlothian office to let them know I was vacating the unit. The young lady who answered the phone was not professional at all. She was into a conversation with someone as she answered the phone and continued to finish her statement before she responded to my call. I informed her that I had vacated the unit (gave her the number of the unit), she in turn accused me of leaving furniture at her dumpster. I explained that I didn't leave anything in or around her dumpster. Then, she said she would do a close-out and I would get an email. I didn't get an email until I did a move out online.

Today is April 7, 2023 earlier this morning I called to reserve a storage and Miss Tiana. I cannot pronounce her last name but I can spell it SCAVONE she was very helpful very polite. Spoke very well over the phone. Wow it would be nice if everybody was like that but she was really really helpful and wonderful with me so I gave her 10 stars if I could stick around Siana don’t leave I might need you again in the future if you still be around thank you very much
