Allan is the storage manager and was so helpful and friendly! I stopped by today to tour the storage unit facility and pay for a unit. Allan answered any questions I had, as well as made sure I was aware of all the loading decks, how to get in, how to use the locks, etc. By the end of our tour I was extremely confident to sign a lease and felt safe with the property/where my stuff was being stored. Pricing options were great and Allan was very transparent on working with me if needed come renewal time when rates will eventually go up. The process to get a unit was smooth and fast, which I appreciated a lot during the stress of moving. I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage :) Malik and Allan are both great!
