Moved in Saturday, October 17 with a rented truck and a moving crew paid by the hour. The office employee, Melinda, was away on an errand. After looking at the other reviews saying that she was kind and nice to them, I question whether her disgusting behavior towards me was racially motivated, or whether those other reviews are real. When I called to ask when she'd be back, she couldn't give a time, was rude, and hung up when I told her she was being disrespectful. She returned about 50 minutes after I called/she hung up on me. At check-in she blamed me for not calling ahead, and doubled down when I pointed out the business advertises its hours and I planned around them. Nearly an hour of paid crew and truck time wasted. When I asked for compensation or a resolution she told me that it was my fault for not telling her what time within the posted hours of operation that I was going to be there to unload and was extremely rude. Management needs to look at this location.
