Angel was extremely helpful in her attempts to match us up with a unusual request for our storage needs. The time constraints we were under and the specific needs that we required were not a match, which was unfortunate. But, with that being said, she spent a great deal of time and effort that was way beyond any normal expectations for customer service. If we require any additional storage we will definitely offer to store thru Angel FIRST because of her high level of customer service and genuine appreciation of our needs. If you need help with storage and want an unmatched level of service throughout the process of securing storage. You need not look any further. If Angel can hook you up SHE WILL. Thanks again. The staff here is super helpful and easy to work with. A lot of the items in my storage had some mold after sitting for a while but I guess that's expected with outside units. The only big issue I had was there were some rat droppings on a lot of my boxes and there was fur and urine inside a few boxes as well. Not a huge amount, but enough for me to have to throw away a bunch of items. Wish this wasn't the case but with outside non-temp controlled units, this is something to consider.
