First time using a storage unit. Found them to be efficient and friendly when picking up keys. Booked online so that helped things along pretty fast. The signage on the units are a little confusing as it’s labeled backwards when driving past from the entrance. Very spacious unit. Pricey but you take what you can get last minute. Smooth process to get everything signed up/set up over the phone (just gotta docu sign stuff that's sent via email and took me like 5 minutes total). Bonus is that the 4th of July sale counts if you call them to reserve a spot! They include fire/flood insurance in their add on policy (which for me was $11/month). There is an admin fee to get everything set up but it's a one time fee. Professional and very warm human on the other end of the phone...thank you! You explained everything clearly and even included clear directions on where the unit was in a way I understood. :) Invited me to call back (very warmly/courteously) in case I had any issues with anything. Top notch customer service! :) Will update when I move stuff into the storage unit
