Matt at Extra Space has been a pleasure to work with. I lost my mother in October and she was a customer there. When I reached out to this location, Matt answered the phone and was very patient with me. He gave me all the options to take care of my mom's belongings. Matt has made one of the most difficult times in my life a little less stressful with his amazing customer service. He has no idea how much I appreciate him.
