I had a great customer experience despite having thought I paid the monthly fee on time. I got a confirmation page and it said payment received but never an email and it didn’t ever show up on my bank account. System is at fault and overcharged me but not anything to do with Joseph and Faith. They were a huge help in general and wouldn’t recommend a better experience than them.

Manager was beyond helpful. Helped me with my problem swiftly but also helped me download the app so I wouldn’t need to call for help. He Took the time to help me understand the functionality of the app and how it’s beneficial. He went above and beyond and I appreciate that sincerely. Being a district manager of a multi-unit retail operation really helps me have a great appreciation for the customer service that was provided today. Alliyanna helped me with my move in today. I live out of state and needed to speak to a property manager for details about this property. Well, Extra Space you did well by having her available. She asked the correct questions, answered my questions and made everything easy and stress less! Thank you for helping me today Alliyanna. You are a great manager and should have your own store!!!!
