Elevators are REPEATEDLY broken for days at a time. Roaches, people living there, no carts available, and the prices have skyrocketed since we signed on. Bait and switch and poor quality. Edited to add to the response from Extra Space: Yes, I have called them about the issues, manager never called back. I contacted the main number for the extra space website and was assured a call back in 48 hours. Received no call. So giving me the phone number is call is pointless. You owe me the money you hiked up on the back monthly fees with no notice, some kind of compensation for not being able to access my belongings on a regular basis and having to clean EVERYTHING we move out of there for roaches, not to mention people living in the units. It’s unsanitary.
