Clean and easily accessible. The do rate hikes yearly though and when our cards bounced while overseas due to fraud protection measures (it was us using it but y'know) the payment was missed twice as a result and my payment went up significantly because of it. Otherwise I would recommend it.

The rating is based on the company and not the staff that work at the Stafford location. The staff in the office have always been responsive and helpful, especially in my situation where I was living overseas. We had an initial storage unit and I noticed that over the years, the monthly fees continued to increase. In 2021, I returned to Stafford and found a bigger space on this property and I booked it online for the rate of $99/month. Happy with the change in space and price, I returned overseas. Just a few months later, I received notification of a price increase. The fee doubled to just over $200/month. When I asked why, I was told the rates are based on supply and demand. Interestingly, the rate doesn’t change the other way when supply is high and demand is low…I still paid >$200/month. After paying more than $2400/year for the past 2 years, and not having used anything in there for 6 years, we flew back and cleared out. The spaces were clean, well-kept, and easy to access, but the way they switch prices and keep them elevated is B.S. Read your contracts - what you may reserve online will not stay that price for long. Buyer beware!

Store 1498. Mathew at the front desk was very helpful correcting my billing account. Quick and easy today which hasn’t always been the case but today they redeemed themselves. Been a customer for 15+ years with multiple units
