I recently needed some extra storage space and stumbled upon this location, and I'm so glad I did! The whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The facilities are clean, well-organized, and feel very secure, which gave me peace of mind when leaving my belongings there. I have to give a special shoutout to Matthew, one of the employees there. He was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help me find the right unit for my needs. He was patient with all my questions, explained the pricing clearly, and even offered tips on how to maximize space. Matthew really made the whole experience stress-free, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers. Overall, it’s a great place if you're looking for reliable storage with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this shop, and if you get the chance, ask for Matthew—he's the best!

I was looking for somewhere to store my Halloween decorations before holidays while I was in town as the B&B I was staying in didnt have enough room. Matthew was extremely helpful and an honest joy to be around. He even helped me load up! Great conversationalist, and super helpful with my questions. 10/10 customer service. I'll certainly be back.

Very clean facility. I have two complaints.. my unit fee went up every year, and when I moved in, I got a flat tire on the premises, and they did nothing about it.
