I have 2 units at this facility. One of them I opened in July 2026 and the other in August 2026. The one in August mostly has furniture that was professionally wrapped with my items placed in the unit on 8/5/26. I had to go out of town for 9 days so I went by there today 9/13/26 and in just one month there has been a mouse or some type of rodent in my unit. When I first moved my items in I inquired about the opening at the top of the unit and on the top side but was told this was normal for changing the light bulbs and maintenance or something along those lines. I’m soooooooo glad I’m moving my things out of my unit tomorrow 9/14/26. In just 4.5 weeks this has happened. I’m disgusted. I’m going to check my other unit tomorrow. I’ve also complained about the spider webs hanging around the doors and wasps going into the top panel near the door. If I were you I would find another unit. This one isn’t the cleanest but I thought since it was fairly new that it would be better but once I started moving in I noticed lots of areas that should be cleaner and apparently they are not exterminating because this should not have happened with my items only being here a few weeks…ugh…
