I’ve used Extra Space Storage before, and my experience at this location has been just as wonderful as the first time. Ms. Nena was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to from the moment I walked in. She answered all of my questions right away and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely makes you feel comfortable and taken care of, and Ms. Nena absolutely did that. I feel confident knowing that if I ever need anything in the future, I can always go to her for help. I’m very happy I chose this location, it appears to be clean, secure and away from the main roads. I appreciate the privacy.
