I've been a customer here for about 5 years and have absolutely no trouble or issue with the premises or management. Everybody is incredibly kind, equipment is in good condition, and my stored items have remained in the same quality as when I initially placed them. Sign-up and cancellation processes are smooth, no hidden fees nor upselling/ sale hassle. I left this unit due to moving out of state, otherwise I would've stayed. Thank you for your service and for having us! :)

Then the member of extra storage since 2016 I have always been amazed by the attentiveness and customer oriented staff. Recently, I had issues with credit card payment online and I came into the office to speak to Marlo and Sarah and they went over their way to make sure That my unit is paid out and put in the ticket to make sure that future payments will be able to be done online. Again, thank you so much for all you’ve done and please continue with your good work and I would love to be using extra storage for years to come.
