Had a great experience at Extra Space Storage in Kent. The place is secure, and the unit was easy to access, they even provide carts to make moving your boxes easier. Donald at the front desk was very helpful and made the whole process go smoothly, definitely ask for this guy if you have questions or want to get a nice secure storage unit ??

I first went in to pay for my storage and the young man was waiting on another customer, excused himself to the customer and ask me to have a seat he’ll be with me in minute( great customer service in action, due to me forgetting renew my id on my bday ( Memorial Day) had to return next day Different young man , same great service with a smile and patience ( I have a hearing problem ) but armed with my renewed id! Haha he went through everything nessasary and repeat a few because of my hearing problem! Everything was done with a smile And professional kindness! Great place to get storage at better prices than most! Thanks for hiring these two reps they rock!! G Alexander

So far my experience here is very good. The Bluetooth app has its issues but I'm not sure if it's the system or my phone. I like the cleanliness the hours access to my unit and the provided flat bed carts to make my storing items easy.
