I really appreciate the excellent customer care provided by Jocelyn. She took the time to ask me questions to determine what size of unit would be best for me. She even took me to see an empty unit to see if the size was right. I’m so happy she helped me because I really need to save money right now. Times have been very tough! I almost spent more than I needed to for a unit larger than I needed. Thank you, Jocelyn, for taking extra time with me! You’re awesome!
