Amazing customer service, very clean storage, very secured area with multiple cameras and specified-code gates! I was greeted by Shelby and she helped me through the entire process in less than 30 minutes! Cynthia was superb and outstanding, mentoring Shelby on getting things done quickly and properly without sacrificing quality service! The process was very smooth and despite being in the military, all the details required were very quickly input into the system. There is no need for me to print out paper, nor any legal issues at all with the lease contract (because being in the military often times complicate how my life works, specifically paperwork wise). Keisha was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit too! The storage was amazingly clean and its climate control room seems very secured too! Definitely recommended!

Not a bad place to store. Pretty clean. Bathroom is super convenient. Lots of units. And the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Nice location too. 4 stars because they do not offer good plug-in’s. For the price, I would like to see power outlets. But still a good place to store.
