I have been a costumer here since 2018 and I recently needed to upgrade to a bigger unit. I had a great experience the people there were very friendly and helped me get my new unit fast and efficiently. They followed up with me to make sure I was happy .if you need a storage unit I highly recommend this location.

At my location, everyone is super nice. The facility is clean, and we'll kept. My only issue was when I originally called, they lady in Texas (I'm in Washington) gave some misinformation, but the manager here called me right away and was willing to reverse charges and terminate the contract if I desired due to the misinformation. That's nothing against the facility, more so the call center. They need more training. It wasn't a deal breaker though.
