Misty the manager is the best person to work with. Her building is immaculant with plenty of good carts at the door. This place is the nicest storage unit we've ever used.

Box was a little smaller than I imagined but everything else was smooth. I ordered a unit from their website and it was fast and painless. Entering the million-digit gate code every time you need to open the door is a bit of a pain, but they have an app you can pair with the door, so I will have to try that. The box was clean and dry and the door operated smoothly. The lock they sold me when I reserved the box was waiting inside. Really nice not to have to source a lock @ 9:30 at night. This place really saved my bacon by handing me a locker at the 11th hour. Update: I tried to access my locker after hours (wishful thinking - hoping I misunderstood something) and they called me the next day to make sure it was me who tried. That's the kind of excellent service you can expect. Bumping up to 5 stars.
