Heidi was Able to assist and walk me through the entire purchase, payment, & insurance Process. She gave necessary Information and answered all of my questions with knowledge, expertise and kindness. I really appreciated her patience and thorough explanations about Insurance options available I was not privy to. Her communication was clear, Cadence was engaging, Directions/next steps were easy to follow and she provided additional support offering supplies for purchase as well as her name/ call back extension if I have any questions. Really expensive I thought they are cheap online they want you to buy a look there goes to the storage units should be free since it belongs to the company I need to see if you lose your key how is would be hard to get a new one set the they are ridiculous on their prices
