Great first experience with this company, I got called while filling out an application and came in to finish it, they ended up saving me a lot of money in the process and Claire, the store manager, was extremely helpful in the whole process. Would 100% recommend using this facility.

Easy access to the facility once you have your unit all set up!! They are also decently affordable which I appreciate as a college student. I’ve booked with them twice and never run into any issues with my stuff, so I’d say it’s safe! Sometimes there isn’t anyone in their physical office during business hours which can be kinda confusing at first, but it just means they’re doing work elsewhere on the premises. All you have to do is call the number on the door and someone will pick up and help you. Also, Claire was always super friendly and helpful!

This storage facility is clean, secure and the staff here are great to work with. Claire was very helpful with the move in and set up process and the move out process as well. It was definitely worth it to store my belongings here.

I recently rented a 10 by 10 space, and there was an initial misunderstanding with this company about the insurance. One staff person told me it was required. Next day a different staff member told it was not, but I had already been charged for it. I was able to resolve the issue by talking face-to-face with the first staffer. Because everything else was fine and the process was actually easy, and the fact they worked with me to resolve the misunderstanding, I think they are a good company.
