I rented my unit online which was very easy. However as easy as it was I still made a huge mistake. They caught it right away and called to fix it. All of the folks at extra space storage are very professional honest folks and the prices are fair. I recommend them to anyone needing a unit to go there first.

I have had the same unit for years. The employees have always been helpful and friendly. Great people behind the desk but after the new ownership my bill has increased 30% in just a couple of years. It's only because of Claire helping me with the increasing cost that I am still a customer.
