Amazing Service from Becky!!!! We had a recent tragedy in the family and thought that the storage unit that belonged to the person was likely auctioned off. Called literally the day before the auction date, thinking it was hopeless, and Becky was AMAZING! She was able to help me pull It from auction just in time, I was almost crying with joy. And my boyfriend was so shocked and elated because it was his family Member that passed. She helped us get everything taken care of and sorted so we can take our time moving out the items. Couldn’t be happier with her service ( we even gave her a treat as thanks)!!!

The staff at Extra Space Storage was so helpful. Becky was amazing! She made things simple, easy, and fun. I have had other storage units in the past but my experience here at Extra Space was far better than those other places. Becky explained everything to me and made it really easy for me to understand. I had a very wonderful experience with Becky, the customer service was a top notch. I was getting the storage for my car , the place was very big for my car with a gate on it , and first month free this is very great. Would recommend anyone to come and visit the place.
