Rosa and Cat saved the day, repeatedly. I genuinely haven’t received this level of customer service anywhere else. The facility is nice and spacious, and unit I have, a 10x20, was clean and well laid out, along with a fair rate. Despite numerous roadblocks in the path, Rosa and Cat were absolute road warriors and cared about me and my experience more than anything else and absolutely anywhere else I’ve been.

I've kept my belongings at this location for the better part of two years. The overall appearance and maintanance has improved dramatically, just in the last few months. More importantly, in a time where customer service is a thing of the past, the manager and her staff are second to no one. Helpfull, friendly, knowledgeable. Always with a great smile and a can do attitude. You can't even find that at a McDonalds or a Walmart. On a scale of 1 to 5, just for her abundance of positive energy alone I would score her a 6.

I've had only positive experiences with the on-site manager Rosa. The lot always looks well kept and clean. One of the few nice spots in the area. The Hosmer Extra Space Storage, is the best storage facility, I've been to!
