I had a fantastic experience with Becky at Extra Space Storage. Even though there's construction going on to expand the facility, Becky made renting a unit there fast and easy. Why only four stars then? Extra Space has the policy of offering a discount for active military, and that's fantastic. However, being a retired veteran with 30 years of service to this nation gets you no love from Extra Space. That's OK, and I'm not giving ES a hard time for their policy, but they're going to go without that last star because... well, that's my policy.

Very easy process. Picked out my unit and paid for it online. Set up auto payments before I even came in. Came in and met with Bradley. He sent me up with a lock and gave me a tour and took me to my unit to make sure, I understood how to get all my items upstairs. So great impression.
