Renting out a space in Tacoma, I was helped by Arizona, who was getting bombarded by a series of customers needing help. Somehow, she was able to help me, help the man before me and manage a few others with minor needs all in a timely manner. The whole time, somehow, she kept a great smile on her face and chatted me up. Great customer service. I hope she’s there when I’m there next time.

They were very responsive and the building was always well maintained. They raised my monthly rent a couple times but when i went in to ask about it they adjusted it back down.

I will start out with the positive and the fact that the grounds are clean and the facility itself is clean. However, I have been here for maybe almost a year, give or take. And I have seen the decline since the prior management. The bathrooms do not get cleaned they never have toilet paper and the attitude that comes with the service if she is not talking to her own kind is offensive. Not only have I endured it I have witnessed it. I had brought my dogs inside because it was hot and I was in my storage and so were they. Automatically I see her coming down the hall to I meet me & she literally scolded me about how dogs are not under any circumstance allowed on premises. Fine I took them back to the car and I left. Fast forward 2 days ago I was at my storage and I see this older white male get out of his car with his dog and he was parked in front of office. She said nothing. He even had a hard time with the door so he went in to speak to her and she came and helped and still said nothing. I also asked him has she said anything about his dog, and his response was a resounding “NO.” I just have to say that I have witnessed many preferential acts from her based off color (my belief), and I will stand on that. She is rude and I don’t feel she is the best fit for this kind of job. Also back to restroom I will add some pics. Never is there toilet paper and it is ALWAYS DIRTY! I pray that I find a place so I can be done with this place and the service that comes with it.
