I have used Extra Space Storage in the past and was saddened when they had been sold to another company. But I’m back again. This company takes the time to get to know their clients and what they need and want. The true art of customer service is rare these days and Melissa the manager shows how much she cares about the customers and who we are as people. My Father worked as a weekend manager at a storage facility like this and I used to enjoy hearing him talk about his customers. He used to say that without the customers there is no business and to treat them as you wanted to be treated. This company has that quality. The inside of the business is clean and everything is very well marked so you don’t have any issues when getting to your unit. I hope if you’re considering a storage facility that you choose this one. From security, to cleanliness and cart availability, you won’t be disappointed.

High marks easily given for Melissa! Her upbeat attitude is refreshing and a compliment to that location. I truly appreciate everything she did for me from move in to move out. The process was made easy and she sincerely made me feel welcome. I wouldn't trust any other place to store my valuables.
