Really clean facility and friendly staff, but there were some difficulties with moving in while the office was closed and sadly the main customer service line couldn't do anything to assist.

Facilities were very clean, including the restrooms. The manager was pleasant and engaged in maintaining site security. She checked in when I was setting up my loud metal shelves to make sure I wasn't up to something. When I used the app to access the gate going in, I'd pull over on the street out front to bring up the app so I wouldn't block traffic while it was loading up. She quickly checked in to make sure I wasn't just waiting for someone else to use their code and then just scoot in behind them. She also remembered my name.
