Personally, people were nice. Overall pricing adjust too often. Its a 3 star because of that. Online prices is only a month or two. Expect an increase that they dont explain when doing it online. Only reason why im leaving to a different storage unit because this place increases too often. Im not going to name drop who im going to next, but they arent steady with their prices. They tried making me a sweet deal for the unit I was at to stay. But when asked and confront how long is that price will be. They couldnt answer me. That gave me the one month deal and then probably will shoot back up tremendously. They were good at first..not going back to them after the 2nd time I used them for longer term.
