When I paid for my storage unit in cash, the manager insisted on checking every single bill for counterfeits, even the $5s and $1s. I understand verifying large bills, but this felt excessive and honestly a bit disrespectful. I didn’t feel trusted as a customer, and the experience left a bad taste. The new trainee kept reassuring me how smooth the process is, but the manager was definitely trying to flex something. Never have I heard, seen or experienced paying with cash and checking 5 and 1 dollar bills. Their first pen wasn't even working correctly but they gave me dollar bills back anyways. Just seemed really over the top. Happy with the unit, really weirded out by the manager and how it was handled.

Aight so this place ain't too bad. I needed somewhere to stick my stuff cuz my garage look like a tornado hit it. The lady, Margarita, she real nice—helped me find a space that wasn’t too small but not crazy big neither. She know her stuff, I tell ya that. Prices ain’t the cheapest, but I guess that’s how they get ya. Place is clean tho, no rats or nothin' (least I ain't seen none yet). Gate works fine, so I ain’t worried bout nobody runnin’ off with my junk. Only thing is, wish they open later—sometimes a man gotta grab somethin’ after work, y’know? All in all, not bad. Margarita cool, place clean, just wish it was a lil cheaper and open longer. Might keep my stuff here, might not. We’ll see.

She even managed to make the process fun, which is impressive because, let's be honest, no one wants to spend their day figuring out where to hide their clutter. The facility is clean, secure, and surprisingly fancy for a place that holds my old college textbooks and a broken lamp I refuse to part with. If you need storage, this is the place. And if you get Margarita, you’ve hit the jackpot! Would give six stars if they let me store my bad decisions here too. ??????
