As a senior 67+ year old man with serious health issues and failing sences, i have noticed i can get easily confused by new technology and have been treated poorly by the people hired to answer and explain any and all issues. So when milissa, manager of extra space took the time to make me feel comfortable and capable of understanding thier system. Making sure that I understood how to access my storage. She also showed me where the emergency phone to contact her while I was on property in case of health issues. I am a heart failure patient and she made me feel safe . During my time at the building that day she personally checked on me and made sure I wasn't having any problems. I felt as i finished my move that I had a new freand in my corner. Thank-you Millissa

We have started using the storage place about 3 years ago and have been very satisfied with the place. It’s clean, quite, safe, and fits our needs perfectly. I had such a simplistic experience going online and being able to select the right storage unit and the website was full of great information The ladies in the storage office were absolutely hands-down, amazing so kind and helpful and I can’t appreciate them enough. It was a great experience as well. The office was super clean and organized. My unit was easy to find my lock was where they stated it would be and everything worked and made my move super non-stressful thank you guys so much. You are the best And I’m so pleased how easy everything was!!!
