Spotlessly clean, and significantly cheaper than any other local climate-controlled storage -- especially with the discounts offered for reserving online. All forms can be filled electronically, which is a plus, and online payment and auto-pay are also a huge benefit. I toured the Neubert Rd facility and the representative there (Marty) answered all of my questions and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Aisles are wide enough to easily maneuver vehicles into/out of spaces, rolling carts are provided, and there are restrooms (a rarity for storage places I've used previously).

My experience has been great over the years since my decision to rent from Extra Space Storage, all to the gratitude and excellent reception I have been able to enjoy todate, from Marty, who is exceptional in how he conducts business. A few Staff have shown some level of professionalism, but to a lesser degree. Despite the later comment, the entire company has been responsive and forthcoming in dealing with customer service. I would recommend Extra Space Sorage to anyone seeking to do business with a storage facility.
