August and the space were great from beginning to end. August explained options well. The drive in option was wonderful for my needs. August knew my name and made it a point to connect with me everything I was at the storage. I highly recommend this storage space.

We needed secure, clean, climate controlled storage for our whole household while we looked for a house in the Appleton area. Extra Space Storage checked all the boxes. It’s my first time renting a storage. The office is very nice and clean. Store manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me the storage unit, just to make sure that it is what I need. I ended up getting one size bigger. He also went over some additional information such as insurance and promotional rates, including how to use the storage cylinder lock. The application process was fast and easy.
