I've been with ESS for roughly 5 months now and from the moment I walked in to sign the paperwork have had the best experience. Having previously owned my own business I am big on customer service. Unfortunately, a lot of companies & employees have seemed to have forgotten how to treat their customers. Not here though, I am always greeted by warmly and they even remember previous conversations we've had. How often can you say that nowadays? The facility is always clean & well lit. Temperature controlled so you aren't dying from the heat or freezing. Sounds cliche, but I legit feel appreciated for being a customer. If I could I would give them 10 stars!
