Selena & Nick are very personable and great to work with. I was initially nervous about renting from a large company as this was my first time with a storage unit rental & I needed it for multiple months. However, they give it a small business family feel haha. The large air conditioned unit building is extremely clean. Perfect for my couches, bed, & other furniture as I didn’t want to deal with mold or mice. Going on a few months now I have recently downsized to a smaller unit which Selena conveniently found me another unit rental right close by, so I didn’t have to move my remaining things far at all. Highly recommend them if renting a storage unit in Madison WI.

I had an issue Selena was phenomenal. She was very relaxed in talking to me from a customer. Service perspective. She listened and understood. what the goal was from my perspective on what would please me and helped to mitigate the issue to resolution.
