Was a great place until I received a notice stating that they are increasing the price of my parents unit. Original price was $70 now it has been increased to $140. Still the same unit nothing has changed just doubled the price with ZERO WARNING AND REASON! And they continue to build new facilities around the city. I don’t know why companies don’t respect loyal customers anymore. UPDATE 3/18/26 this place is ridiculous. 90% of the time there’s no staff there which I thought was fine because it’s all digital but now you can’t even go after hours, even though that was the major selling point of this or any storage lockers being able to go whenever you want. So you doubled the price, lessened the hours essentially decreasing your quality. Just protect that bottom line no matter who you have to step on right? you guys are terrible. I will be removing my parents things as soon as I can! Zero stars. Taking advantage of people who have no other options or choice should be illegal. Update8/31/26 Due to circumstances still have the unit, it’s my elderly parents who are in assisted living so they cannot take their things. Today a new message stating that they increased the price again! No notice, no advance warning! Just a message “we didn’t receive the payment?” But it’s not $140 now it’s $198. I am done!!!! BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEEDS TO BE INVOLVED! ZERO STARS. This is very close to scammers who call elderly people and take their money. I’m surprised you have not asked for payment in Walmart or Target gift cards.

Look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. I rented a unit online that was advertised as drive up access and climate controlled. I showed up and the unit was on the 3rd floor. Additionally, to create the size of unit that was advertised, they "merged" 2 separate units into 1 lease. To make things even more fun, the bay doors for "drive up access" to a 3rd floor unit have been broken since the day I moved in, resulting in hundreds of dollars spent in extra moving labor time. Now that I don't need 2 merged units, I am told that I would need to move all my stuff into a new unit because of a system constraint. When I asked for this in writing via an email, I was told that "that isn't possible, it an only be explained on the phone or in person" - seems shady to me. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. The service here is terrible, the advertising is misleading or flat out wrong, and the staff are indifferent and don't care.

Please accept our sincerest apologies, Joseph. We completely understand your frustration, and we want you to know that your concerns are being taken seriously. The misleading advertising regarding the drive-up access and climate-controlled unit, as well as the broken bay doors that have caused you additional moving expenses, are entirely unacceptable, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We also understand how concerning and frustrating it must have been to discover that your unit was on the 3rd floor and that two separate units were merged to create the advertised size, without proper communication upfront. Furthermore, we apologize for the lack of transparency when you requested information in writing regarding your current situation with the merged units. You deserved a clear and straightforward response, and we regret that your experience with our staff left you feeling dismissed and unheard. We want to make this right for you and work toward a resolution that addresses all of your concerns.
