I had called several storage places in the Milwaukee area, I decided on this one mostly because of how courteous Stephen was, his knowledge & patience in explaining the difference between units, and everything up to the last detail was explained. He made this an easy experience. Price was very comparable everywhere, but his demeanor made the difference, plus he was onsite and said if we needed anything we were welcome to ask for him, that's customer service!!!!

I have to say I was very happy and surprised that the price of the unit wasn't expensive like I thought it would be. I had the smallest unit. It's big enough for the boxes that I'm going to put in there. I will still have room for other things in the future. I got the internet rate of $26. Wow !!!!! What a deal. Thanks Francisco and Steven. Keep being nice and polite to the customers ?? It speaks volumes. You two need a RAISE. I DON'T see customer service like that too often. I wish people that are in customer service would take lessons from those two. Thanks you are APPRECIATED by me. Keep up the awesome job ?? ??

Wow, if you done business with the other guys, doing your business exposed to the elements, then you owe it to yourself to try here, inside, elevator, carts, clean, and lastly but most importantly the crew is courteous and helpful. Steve was on top of everything, kind and professional.
