I want to take this opportunity to comment on the positive changes here at storage since Meronica and Kim took on operational duties. The restrooms are once again clean and usable, the Homeless people issues appear to have been addressed, and there is an overall better look to this place. I hope their efforts are recognized and appreciated as they most certainly are by those of us tenants who are here Regularly. Thank you, Ralph Spano

I originally went to Public Storage and was basically ignored But Kim at Extraspace was a wonderful help and the prices are much better!!!

been at the facility for 4 years and it has been a great experience. Meronica and Kim -the managers- are consummate professionals. The place is kept clean and just recently had upgrades to the exterior and interior. Keep up the great work.

Had to come in to cut the lock off our unit because we lost our keys. In the office, Meronica (store manager) greeted us and was super helpful. She got our lock cut off, added me as an alternate on the account (it was all in my wife's name), and got us a new lock for our unit.

Great facility and employees! The place is always clean and they also check to make sure your unit is locked. If it isn?t they call you and let you know. That happened to me one time, so grateful they called! Their employee Meronica is SUPER helpful and nice, she clearly cares about Extra spaces? customers. Highly recommend Extra space storage!

Safe, secure, and Meronica the store manager is super helpful, and friendly. We looked at units and she helped save us money taboot!
