I have communicated with this location for over the course of weeks that my unit would be moved out. I have pictures of the unit empty. I have left several messages and finally got the receptionist on the phone, a young lady that told me “she hasn’t been at the store in a few days and will get my account closed by end of day Friday.” This was not done. So now extra space thinks I’m still renting and wants to charge me. I will jot pay and am once again asking someone from this company to call me to close out my account.

We've been looking for a storage space for a non-profit we volunteer for and just went to went to the location at 420 W St. Paul Ave in Milwaukee. Tatiana, the staff person, took care of me and my friend. She was patient with us, showing us 3 vacancies and knowing we were on a tight budget, was able to give a discount if we paid for 6 months. It was exactly what we needed and we couldn't be happier with how Tatiana took care of us! She was friendly, helpful, patient and worked with the limitations of the organization's budget. It was a really pleasant experience.
