Facility is well maintained and secure. Staff is friendly and attentive. Dan was very helpful and quickly returned my call for maintenance on my unit. Maintenance was done within a day.

This is my first storage experience, a space to garage my car while out of town. The location is perfect, safe and well maintained, but more importantly, Dan was patient and attentive in explaining everything and making sure I am comfortable accessing my vehicle. He didn't use "hard sell" tactics and truly seems committed to establishing long-term customer satisfaction. It's great to have that consistency of service.
