I am currently renting 3 units at Extra Space storage on Liberty Lane in New Berlin WI. All of my rental interactions have been with Michael the property manager at this location. Today my fee was due for my storage unit and payment was declined due to my card on file being compromised, so I called over to unit manager and give him my new card information and Michael took care or the whole situation,Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable member of your staff at the New Berlin,Wisconsin location, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction and was very happy to with whole transaction.Will recommend to friends and family if any need storage requirements.

Setting up the rental was simple enough and easy to navigate. However, the ad is misleading. It says 1st month rent free and $90 per month for a 10x20. In tiny tiny lettering it says renter must either choose between the first month free or pay the price of $120 per month. That pisses me off a little. Other storage locations have better pricing and a free month but by the time I realized the swag, I had already signed the contract. Then the passcode to enter is really hard to figure out yet once you understand how they come up with ur passcode, then it's simple enough. That's all I'm gonna say. Place is organized okay and my unit was clean and ready. The way they sell the locks is kinda different but again, easy to understand. Would I rent here again? Probably not since their units are more expensive than the competition. Make sure you read the fine print before you sign anything. How many times have people told you that during your life time? Tons, because it's true.
