If I could give them 0 stars I would. NEVER USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY. They wrongfully sold our families property in an auction and showed ZERO remorse or assistance in helping us recover our belongings. We were paying for an initial unit. As we had a massive truck load of belongings during non-business hours, our lock on initial unit would not work. We got a hold of Jeremiah who was employed at the time as 'manager' as we were told. He just told us to simply put it in another unit for now as the lock was deemed ineffective and this additional unit was paid for through the end of the year. So my wife contacted him days later to fix our initial lock and move our belongings into our initial storage unit. Jeremiah insisted we could leave our belongings in the additional unit and EVEN GAVE US A KEY for the new unit. On September 30th when we closed on a new home and were hoping to move our belongings we opened the additional unit and it was completely EMPTY. This company had auctioned off half of our belongings to our name. We had couches, cribs, strollers, TVs, 30 years worth of clothes, unopened wedding gifts, and the list goes on and on and on. Not only did they auction off this additional unit - but their current staff showed ZERO remorse or compassion and were extremely combative throughout the process. To be clear - we had zero intention of using an additional unit and if they called us we would have paid for the additional unit if needed (even though Jeremiah claimed it was 100% okay to use) - we were never given the opportunity to do so and because of that roughly 30k of belongings were auctioned off and my late fathers belongings, my children's baby boxes, and my wife and my self's baby boxes are in the hands of a stranger as well. NEVER STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE! I'd like to also add these responses are 100p AI generated and not useful whatsoever. The employee who answered my call regarding this issue continuously hangs up and refuses to have a conversation regarding this issue. It'd be great if there was an actual human behind this company Google review responses.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been using this facility for just over a year and am actively looking for a new storage unit. My first problem was 2 months after signing for my unit I received a postcard in the mail that my monthly rent was being doubled. I emailed and spoke with multiple people regarding this and I was told I signed a promotional for the first two months and this is the regular price, when I asked for a copy of the lease or receipt stating this they were not able to provide me with one, I did let it go as maybe miscommunication or my mistake until 6 months later I received another postcard and rent was being raised yet again. Second was the building is set up as a one way in and another way out. The door in was broken for minimum of a week so there was only one way in and out and with it being so narrow inside the building you are not turning around with a trailer or even a truck to get back out or if someone else is trying to get through the opposite way you are. Third and lastly I received an email and text today that my move out was completed and I was no longer able to access my unit on the app. I called right away and was told that she was just up there and the unit was open and empty so they were under the understanding I had moved out. I told her it should not have been as I have not been there nor have I initiated a move out and requested her to go back on the floor to confirm my unit was in fact not empty. She said she would check and call back. She did call back and state that my unit is closed up and someone wrote down the wrong number for her to inactivate. For as often and as much as rent goes up it is a very poorly run facility.

10/10 would store again.
