Everything went very smoothly for me moving my apartment items into a storage unit. I reserved online, and moved my items in the same day. Rita at the desk was very helpful, nice, and professional and gave me the breakdown of how things work. She walked me to my unit and explained how everything works in terms of access, the security gates, code, etc. There is a convenient indoor unloading garage area adjacent to the units. There were plenty of courtesy carts for use available to us, and we had no issues unloading or accessing the unit. The temperature inside was cool and comfortable. Disc locks are available and not unreasonably overpriced given the convenience of buying one there and knowing it’s compatible. I selected some kind of upgrade for a little insurance that must’ve included a lock in the price. Seemed worth it to me. Anyway, all around ideal experience moving in. The facility seemed clean and well maintained, and there was a gentleman there who must be a facilities employee who seemed to be busy keeping things in good working order too. Thank you Rita!
