Rent has more than doubled, they now charge an extreme late fee of over $100.00 that was never introduced or mentioned before applying it which is new. Do not fall for the listed price on units, within 3 months it’ll increase and within a year you’ll be paying double or triple what you thought it would be, save the headache.
