Our facility has close to 750 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 10’x 30’, some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, individually alarmed units and a manager who lives onsite. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks and DocuSign, an electronic lease that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally to save time. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than most other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Many of our customers enjoy 4-wheeling at the Glamis Dunes and showcasing their classic cars at Cruise Night. Richelle is very professional and personable at the same time. The facility is always clean and I feel secure that my belongings are safe. In addition, I have been able to refer people to Extra Space Storage and recieve the $50 bonus from that. I really like Extra Space Storage...Customer Service is everything these days and hard to come by, but not at Extra Space, here it is the norm!!

This place is clean at all times. Parking is a little scarce and you cant always find a cart at the appropiate spots. When I am by myself I don't feel secure enough to go looking for a cart that should be at the door when I put in my code. The automatic lights do not stay on very long and that is very scary for a single woman using these facilities.
I am really not happy at all with my whole experience and thinking of getting another space from somewhere else.

She even moved me to a storage that was closer to the elevator even though that wasn't the one that the internet assigned me before I arrived. I was so impressed. I stopped by this facility to get prices on a big unit to store the items from my house I just lost. I moving back to the San Diego area from Huntington Beach. Richelle was very friendly...almost flirty....which I didn't mind at all! The price was a bit higher that other companies I checked in the area (2). I was sent to this facility because the Santee C.A. facility did not have the size unit i wanted. It is a lil farther but i like this one much better cleaner more easier to access my stuff and a newer facility. Very quick and easy to sign up and i get to pay online so thats great. I am glad i was referred to this one i used the Santee facility before in the past but just was not up to par with the on in El Cajon C.A..
