Extra Space Storage of Sarasota, Florida offers superior bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service and a wide variety of options for the storage of anything from a few boxes, to a room full of furniture, to an RV. We are conveniently located off Interstate 75 (I-75) exit 205 Clark Road, close to the cross streets of Pinkney Avenue and Dereck Avenue. Our facility has 877 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 15’x 30,’ some of which are climate-controlled to protect against harsh weather conditions including humidity. We also have storage spaces for RVs, cars, boats and other vehicles. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks and moving carts for interior units. Our extended gate hours are longer than most other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally to save you time. As part of the community, many of our customers enjoy shopping at Sarasota Mall and recreating at Siesta Beach and Lido Beach. I only ended up storing my stuff here for a month, but it was great. One of the best features for me is you can ship boxes to your unit and you don't have to be there on the spot, UPS or whoever will put the stuff in your unit. Also: good value and the manager Tony was very helpful.

I have two storage units, one for the big things and the other for smaller items. One day I left the facility forgetting to fasten the lock, and a short time later, I received a telephone call about it. I was so thankful to know that rounds are made for security purposes! I have recommended Extra Space Storage to friends who also were looking for a place very secure. I also appreciate the cart found at the door that I can use to load and unload the trunk of my car! So convenient! I'm so happy that Extra Space Storage is near my neighborhood.

This is by far the BEST storage facility I've ever used, and I currently rent from three others across the US. Management is professional and kind and great to work with. Facilities are always clean and look inviting when I come to drop off or pick up a load. Access is good, although not 24 hours. So far, that is not a problem.

There was nothing less than excellent or a rating of 10 for your survey! I had researched several storage units in the area. I was impressed that ES is a national company, and the pictures were very helpful. I got a great deal price-wise, ESS is always running specials. I cannot say enough about the quality of service, courtesy and extra care that ESS staff provided. Extremely pleasant and professional. They were very attentive to me and the other customers who came before and after me. Facilities and units are above-par! Very secure, too, cameras a great safety feature! I will recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone I know, and it's great to know ESS is available nationwide.
