Because of our tight-knit community, we value our customers’ security. Our facility features 24-hour video surveillance, a manager who lives onsite and secured gates. We also have convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks and drive-up units so moving in and out is easy. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally, an easier and more convenient method. We are located eleven miles outside of downtown Indianapolis, conveniently situated on East 65th Street and Binford Boulevard (Route 37) near Comcast Cable Vision headquarters and across from the Speedway Gas Station. We appreciate being a part of this family-oriented community including the areas of Broad Ripple, Castleton and Washington Township. Many of our customers enjoy nearby activities like the Indianapolis City Market, a historic farmer’s market on Binford Boulevard and Castleton Square Mall just two miles from our site. Conner’s Prairie, the largest living history museum in the state, the Indianapolis State Fair and the famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where the Indy 500 and Brickyard 400 races occur, are just several miles from us.
