Our facility has more than 900 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 10’x 20’. We also offer climate-controlled units for sensitive items; our storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your storage needs. We value the security of your goods so our facility features motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, a friendly manager that lives onsite and access hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We also have convenient features like five parking spaces for cars and trucks, drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks and drive-up units so moving in and out is easy. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally, an easier and more convenient method. We are located in the former Stop-and-Shop building off of Exit 10A/Yonkers Avenue from the Bronx River Parkway on Macquesten Parkway across from the Endico Potato Factory. Many of our customers from Mt. Vernon, the Bronx, Bronxville, Fleetwood, New York and Yonkers enjoy the Yonkers Raceway, Empire Casino and Cross Country Mall. Directions from the East:
Take Baychester Avenue all the way until it becomes E. 241 Street at Bronx River Road. Youll see a KFC on your left. and pass a shopping center-Make a left onto South St.-youll see ESS-go pass the property make a slught left as if you were making a Uturn go straight and were on your right.

Directions from the West:
Take Major Degan to Yonkers Ave exit (you;ll see Empire City Casino-go past casino make a right at 2nd light-Take Yonkers Ave. to N. Macquesten Pkwy make a left-youll see ESS-go pass the site-left side is Endico Potatoes--make a slight left and we are on your right hand side
