Extra Space Storage of Franklin, Tennessee is conveniently located closer to downtown Franklin than any other storage facility in the area. We are near the cross streets of Liberty Pike and Franklin Road, next to The Factory. We are close to Interstate 65 (I-65), Interstate 40 (I-40) and Interstate 24 (I-24). Our facility has 705 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 20’x 40,’ some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. And to make your move easier, we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks, moving carts for interior units and drive-up units. Our extended gate hours are longer than most other storage facilities’ and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that you sign digitally to save time. As part of the community, many of our customers enjoy recreating at Pinkerton Park, Maggie’s Bark Park, Trinity County Park, the Harpeth River, Jackson Lake, Clovercroft Lake and the Russell White Lake. From the time I entered the office, talked to the employee(s), listened to the rental procedures, examined the storage space(s).....I was well pleased. The employees had a good attitude, patience, and understanding because renting storage space is not always a smooth transition with a customer's questions. I forget the employees names which is very important for a followup.

I have really enjoyed renting storage space from this facility. The staff is very helpful and made it easy and quick to set up my billing, gate code, etc. The doors are easily accessible and the units are adequately lit and easy to manage. There are plenty of outside lights too and a fence around the whole perimeter of the lot so things are very secure. I would definitely recommend the Liberty Pike facility to anybody who is looking for a safe and convenient place to store items.

From the moment I walked into the store I saw smiling faces. They immediately offered to show me a storage room, and offered me specials! Clean property (beautiful flowers up front), the spaces I looked at were really clean, and they had alright prices, but the location was so convenient. It was worth it for me to pay a bit extra to store my stuff in a safe place. I really liked the ladies that worked there, they were soooo nice. Would definitely rent there again.
