In general, my experience with John was good. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The only negative thing about the visit was an inability to gain entrance to the office during business hours without a passcode which I had not yet been assigned. Some option for entrance and being able to contact someone should be made.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Proactive in making sure we had what we needed. Went well above expectations during checkin/rental as well as follow-up. Facility is very clean and secure. My only critique is that it would be great to have a light in every unit. I definitely recommend.
