We have been so pleased with the team at Extra Space Storage! Our organization has had three separate units within the storage facility, and each time we've needed to add a unit, move a unit, or cancel a unit, the customer service has been wonderful. The office team even knows many of our faces by this point and gives specialized attention to what we need! We can rest easy knowing our stored items are safely secured.
