We needed a storage space for my son’s college belongings, and never having rented storage space and feeling stressed and overwhelmed, Geoff and Laurie were both fantastic and had me feeling at ease in no time. Each of them took time to answer my questions, help me find a unit I was most comfortable with, and explain policies and procedures. Moving kids in and out from hundreds or thousands of miles away is stressful—they are both so kind, reassuring, efficient, and helpful. We’ll be going back soon to move out for the school year, but I have no doubt as long as Geoff and Laurie are here, this is our place! Very clean. Geoff even came and helped me make sure I had locked up correctly to ease my sleep-deprived nerves. Excellent service!
