We are conveniently located in the first colony area of Sugar Land, off Highway 6 and Settlers Boulevard, behind Blockbuster and Firestone. We are close to Highway 59 (the Southwest Freeway), George Ranch and First Colony Mall. Our facility has 551 self-storage units ranging in size from a 5’x 5’x 4’ locker to a large 15’x 30’ unit, some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, an 8-foot tall concrete perimeter fence and a manager who lives onsite. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks and drive-up units. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally to save you time. Directions from the East:
Go west on Highway 6 South from Missouri City until you reach Sugar Land. Pass Oyster Creek Park and turn right at Old Mill Road by the Firestone Store. We are visible as soon as you turn right.

Directions from the West:
