Still new customer but they called the day of my “move in” let me know I had 2 storage units (on accident) and understood what happened and immediately refunded me and texted me with the refund for the accidental second purchase

Did an estate sale in the bay and was surprised it provided covered parking. Liked the easy access to storage and a/c was chill. . It used trimmers for lights and items were stored in cool for protection. However, they were preparing the exterior for painting upgrades to the property. I was worried about the spray, glad they were just prepping. The estate sale has a lot of nice items and is still available for sale. Nice they allowed the sale to customers!

I have used Extra Storage since March 2020. I have had to upsize to a larger storage unit and now I assessing my need for a smaller storage. David explained the various storage sizes to determine the best unit to store my items. He took the time to show me some units so I couldn’t visualize if my items would fit. I truly appreciate his efforts. David and his colleague Joann helped me to stay within my budget. Great staff!
