She was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Explained things very well, answered my questions truthfully. I am happy with the service that was provided to me today. Update:I received help today from Mr. Aremis. He did an outstanding job going over everything with me, answering my questions and being willing to help. I loved his honesty, ability to listen, kindness, and his spirit. Artemis is truly a great asset. I truly thought about moving my services, but the joy and energy in his voice, as well as his help, caused me to change my mind. 10/18/25

I had a drive-up access 10x15 unit. The whole booking process was very smooth- I let them know what kind of unit I was looking for and they got me a unit quickly. The checkout process was also very easy- just have the unit emptied out and remove the lock. I will definitely be back for any future storage needs. Highly recommend this location!

Location at 4717 Cartwright Road is wonderful. I have never had storage units before- I have always encountered kind, helpful staff when I have visited the office. Aremis was particularly delightful! Storage spaces are clean and climate controlled. I have been very pleased with the service! Would highly recommend!

I have been at this location since 2011. I came by to grab something from my unit. My key wouldn’t work, so i went & bought a new lock. I asked Mr Aremis if he could cut my lock off. He was HAPPY to do so. He is a very pleasant young man & this company should take notice of him. Not easy to find nice & helpful employees. Give this man a Raise & don’t trade him to another location!!!!! Hey Corporate, go read this again!!!! Have a great day! Go see Mr Aremis for your new storage unit.
